Resnova Leadership Team

Chas Gile is the Founder and Managing Partner of Resnova Capital. He serves as Chairman of each portfolio company and leads the firm’s operating and capital allocation strategy.

Prior to founding Resnova, Chas was a General Partner at Third Coast Ventures and Chairman and CEO of WRICO, leading the company through fourfold organic growth since 2016. Earlier in his career, he was CEO of NCH Europe (now part of Solenis) and a senior executive at Hilti. He began his career in consulting and venture-backed environments.

Chas holds a BSFS from Georgetown University and an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business, where he served as Chairman of the Cox Business Leadership Center and was recipient of the Edwin L. Cox scholarship.

Greg Schwartz is a Cofounding Operating Partner of Resnova Capital. He leads operational execution, acquisition integration, and platform development across the firm’s portfolio of industrial businesses.

Prior to joining Resnova, Greg served as President of AXEL Americas and AXEL Royal, manufacturers of specialty greases and lubricants serving global industrial markets. Earlier in his career, he held executive leadership roles with VinTech Nano Materials and served as COO of X-Chem Inc, helping build the company from a small business with under $15 million in sales into a platform acquired by Swiss specialty chemicals company Clariant for approximately $150 million.

Greg holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Jeff is an Operating Partner at Resnova Capital, where he leads strategy development, commercial initiatives, and marketing efforts across the firm’s portfolio of companies. In addition to helping shape strategic direction, Jeff works directly alongside management teams on significant growth opportunities, supporting execution on key commercial initiatives and value creation efforts.

Jeff has held executive-level roles spanning sales, strategy, and marketing within the industrial and chemicals sectors. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas, for a private equity-backed industrial manufacturer, where he was responsible for commercial performance and strategic market expansion across the Americas.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Southern Polytechnic University.

Susan Rogers serves as Of Counsel to Resnova Capital, advising the firm on transaction structuring, governance, and legal execution across acquisitions and portfolio operations. She is a Partner at Rosenthal Pauerstein Sandoloski Agather, where her practice focuses on business transactions, institutional lending, and commercial real estate finance, including acquisitions, dispositions, and asset-based lending for middle-market companies.

Susan holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Baylor University. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Lisa Flynn serves as Director of Administrative & Quality Operations at Resnova Capital, where she oversees administrative infrastructure, ISO certifications, and cross-platform process coordination across the firm’s portfolio companies.

Lisa brings more than two decades of operational experience supporting industrial businesses and platform operations. Her work has focused on building administrative systems, coordinating multi-entity operations, and managing quality programs, including ISO certification processes.

Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Texas Woman’s University.
