I founded Resnova after years of building and operating businesses for others.

I saw what happens when good companies are managed against artificially imposed incentives and timelines. I also saw the opposite: businesses that compound reliably when ownership, incentives, and time horizons are aligned.

Resnova was built to create that alignment.
